According to the actual demand of human resource management in ahospital and the application of electronic human resources system,the paper investigated and discussed on the building conditions,applying process and experiences of electronic human resource.The development and application of electronic human resource has not only standardized HR management,enhanced the efficiency,but alsoprovided self-service function where the information can be collected and analyzed by each department,providing data for stuff evaluation and support for the development of hospital＇s human resource.
