摘要
该系统可以将网络中多种不同媒体类型信息源的舆情信息进行自动采集并跟踪热点,使决策者可以准确地把握事件的全过程。系统由舆情采集系统、舆情检索系统、舆情分析处理系统和舆情服务系统4部分组成。文章对舆情监控设计流程进行了全面的分析,特别强调了系统设计过程中多种算法及处理策略的实现,另外,还特别阐述了基于内容的图像检索、舆情热点内容以及倾向性分析等关键技术的处理,最后,文章对该系统未来的工作进行了展望。
This system can automatically collect many different media types of public opinion information and track updates,so that managers can quickly understand and follow up the whole picture.The system composed of four parts including data acquisition system,retrieval system,analysis and processing system and service system.As the structure of sentiment monitoring system is more complex,this article mainly introduced a variety of algorithms and processing strategies using in the system design process,especially discussed three key implementation processes including content-based image retrieval,hot content of public opinion and orientation analysis.Finally,this paper illustrated the future work and next target of the system.
