高校图书馆与院系资料室整合机制探讨

On the Integration Mechanism of University Library and Department Reference Rooms

面对高校图书馆文献信息资源供给与需求矛盾日益突出的情况,通过对高校院系资料室特色优势及存在的问题进行分析,阐述了高校图书馆与院系资料室整合的必要性和可行性,并从管理体制、运行机制等方面对其整合机制进行了探讨。

Considering the prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of literature information resources in university libraries,through the analysis on special advantages and existing problems in the department reference rooms,this paper expounded the necessity and feasibility of integrating the department reference rooms with university library,so as to probe into the integration mechanism from the perspectives of management system,operation pattern and relevant factors.
