国内外知识转移效率影响因素研究

The Research of the Facters Effecting on Knowledge Transfer Efficiency

本文从整体和局部的角度对知识转移效率影响因素的相关文献进行分析研究,在对知识本身、知识转移主体和知识转移环境等知识转移效率影响因素进行归纳的基础之上,指出现有研究的局限和未来的研究方向。

From the overall and portion perspectives,this paper analysed the research involed in the facters influencing on knowledge transfer efficiency,and collated and summarized the knowledge itself,knowledge transfer actors,the environment of knowledge transfer and so on,which had a significant impact on the efficiency of knowledge transfer,and on that basis,the paper pointed out the limitations of the existing research and future research directions.
