超稠油油藏HDCS吞吐转驱井网优化 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE WELL PATTERN OF HDCS FLOODING CONVERTED FROM HUFF AND PUFF FOR A SUPER HEAVY OIL RESERVOIR

摘要 超稠油油藏HDCS吞吐后期会出现井间剩余油开采较差。地层压力下降幅度大、吞吐效果变差等问题。以胜利油田郑411区块典型区域为例,基于数值模拟对区块HDCS吞吐后期转驱的开发方式进行了研究,并对转驱后的井网形式进行了优化。结果表明,在HDCS吞吐后期转HDCS驱是提高超稠油油藏采收率的有效技术之一。在井间剩余油富集区域打水平加密注汽井能够有效提高采收率,推荐加密水平井布井层位在油层中下部,水平段长度在200m左右。 A few problems such as lower recovery of the remained oil among the wells, serious drop degree of the formation pressure, rather poorer EOR effects and so on will come up in the later period of HDCS huff and puff for a super heavy oil reservoir. Taking a typical region of Zheng-411 Block in Shengli Oilfield as an example, the de- velopment schemes after HDCS flooding converted from huff and puff are studied on the basis of the numerical simu- lation, and furthermore the optimization of the well patterns is also conducted. The results show that the flooding is one of effective ways to enhance the oil recovery of a super heavy oil reservoir. Drilling a horizontal infill well and injecting steam in the remained oil enrichment blocks among the wells can effectively enhance the oil recovery. It is suggested that the horizontal well should be located between the midpoint and landing point of the reservoir, while the length of the horizontal interval is about 200 meters.
