根据科技型中小企业的实际情况,构建科技型中小企业立体式融资模式。研究表明:由于高风险、信息不对称、融资渠道单一、缺乏融资对接渠道、可抵质押资产少等原因,融资难一直是制约科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈。立体式融资模式,能够较为全面地解决科技型中小企业在不同发展阶段所面临的资金需求难题。

A stereoscopic finance model is made based on technological medium and small-sized enterprises.The research indicates that finance is always the bottleneck of the development of the medium and small sized enterprises because of high risks,information asymmetry,unitary financing channel,deficiency of the docking channel and mortgages assets.Through effective operational mechanism and risk controlling mechanism of the stereoscopic finance model,combining of the credit financing and the stock financing will resolve the financing difficulties of the different stages of medium and small sized enterprises＇ development.
