介绍了自动化整体压制成型高铁用混凝土声屏障单元板生产技术,以解决单元板吸声面料脱落、吸声系数偏低、表面成型粗糙、形状偏差难以保证等难题,为高铁用混凝土声屏障提供优质的单元板。
The production technology of high-speed railway concrete acoustic barrier unit plates with automation whole pressing molding is introduced, which can solve the problems such as sound absorbing fabric of unit plates exfoliated, sound absorbing coefficient lower, surface molding roughness, shape deviation hard to ensure and so on. Therefore, this technology can provide good quality unit plates for high-speed railway concrete acoustic barrier.
