潮湿环境紫外线空气消毒有效时间研究 被引量:5

Effective time of air disinfection by ultraviolet germicidal irradiation under humid condition

摘要 目的研究潮湿环境紫外线空气消毒有效时间。方法选择门诊流产室(Ⅱ类环境)、门诊外科诊室(Ⅲ类环境)各两间为研究对象,根据环境影响因素分为A组(温度20~40℃、相对湿度<60%)和B组(相对湿度>60%,温度20~40℃),A组仅设30min试验时间段,B组分为消毒前和消毒30、60、90、120min,5个试验时间段,每个时间段试验样本30例;按卫生部2002年版消毒技术规范要求进行消毒、采样、试验。结果潮湿条件下紫外线空气消毒<60min,消毒效果随消毒时间增加而增加,消毒>60min检出菌落数少于消毒30min后检出菌落数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒时间>60min,增加消毒时间,消毒效果不增加,各消毒时间段空气中细菌监测合格率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论紫外线在潮湿条件下行空气消毒的有效消毒时间为30~60min,最有效的杀菌时间是60min。 OBJECTIVE To analyze The effective time of air disinfection by ultraviolet germicidal irradiation under humid condition. METHODS Rooms from clinic abortion rooms (type II environment) and clinic surgery diagnosis rooms (type environment) were randomly selected as the study obiects and divided into two groups: group A (relative humidity 〈 60%, temperature 20 - 40 °C ) and group B (relative humidity 2〉 60%, temperature 20 - 40 C) (n=2). In group A , only the 30 min-segment for the test was sets in group B, 30min, 60 min, 90min, and 120 min-segment for tests were set before and after disinfection, 30 samples were collected in each segment. Disinfection, sampling, and test were performed in accordance with the technical standard for disinfection established by Ministry of Health ir 2002. RESULTS The disinfection efficacy increased with ultraviolet germicidal irradiation time when less than 60rain under humid condition. Less bacteriaI colonies were detected when the disinfection lasted for more than 60 min than did for 30min, the difference was statistically significant (P%0.05). The disinfection effect did not improve much with the time increase when the disinfection time was more than 60min:~ no statistical significance was observed comparing with the qualified rates of surveillance for bacteria in air at each time segment. CONCLUSIION The effective time of air disinfection by ultraviolet germicidal irradiation under the humid condition is between 30 and 60 min, and the most effective time for sterilization was 60 min.
