摘要
近年来,国内的专家学者主要运用历史文化学、历史人类学、人类文化学、社会文化学、民俗文化学等学科的理论和方法对盐文化进行了深入系统的研究,但未涉及盐文化传播领域。在盐文化研究与传播研究的广阔领域里,盐文化传播研究是一个新兴的学科分支,是跨学科知识交叉融合的产物。该文以传播学的视角来审视盐文化和盐文化传播现象,探询盐文化传播丰富的传播主体和多样化的传播途径及传播策略,希望能够为盐文化研究的学术观点创新、学科体系创新和科研方法创新,为繁荣发展盐文化的研究贡献力量。
In recent years, domestic experts and scholars have systematically studied salt culture with the theories and methods in the studies of historical culture, historical anthropology, human culture, social culture and tblk-custom culture. But few studies have been done on salt cultural transmission. In the field of cultural studies and communication, salt cultural transmission is an emerging branch and a product of interdisciplinary study. This paper studies salt cultural transmission phenomena from the perspective of communication theory, and attempts to reveal the various communicators, channels and strategies in salt cultural transmission, in hope of providing new thoughts to the innovation of disciplinary construction and research methods in salt cultural study.
