人们常将实训基地称之为职业院校学生成长的摇篮。而摇篮的意义在于"篮"和"摇"的联合作用,谁也离不开谁。随着大力发展职业教育的国策推进,各地各校"篮"的建设已在不同程度上获得历史性进步,因此摇起来,摇得好,已上升为主要矛盾的主要方面。甚至说大规模的实训基地硬件建设达到一定水准之后,运行就成为决定的因素。目前天津国家职教改革试验区实训基地建设的内涵发展和深度创新的重要标志,正由聚集投入转向运行。实训基地建设、运行、创新的导向,就是提高试训基地投入产出效能,提高技能人才培养质量与发展方式转变的适用性。

The practical training base is always regarded as the cradle for the vocational college students. With the advancing of vocational education, the construction of training base in various zones has achieved historical progress. After the hardware construction has reached a certain level, how to run these training bases successfully becomes the decisive factor. Tianjin training base, one of these experimental zones, has already been built and now is being put into good operation, whose guidance for the construction, operation, and innovation is to reduce investment and increase the output, and improve the capacity of the vocational college students and the applicability of the transformation of the development pattern.
