摘要
中国高校后勤社会化改革已进行十余年,改革效果"喜忧参半"。随着教育体制改革的深入,高校后勤人力资源管理工作应与逐步现代化的教育机制相适应。伴随着高校后勤改革,传统后勤人事管理机制与现代化后勤人力资源管理机制的矛盾与融合成为了新的课题。人力资源管理从观念上、制度上、管理方式上变革变得尤为重要。
After more than ten years reform on the rear socialization in university, the effect is both positive and negative. Following the deepening of education system reform, the HR management of university rear service should adapt to the modern educational system little by little. With the rear reform, it becomes a new subject to slove the conflics between the traditional HR manafement of rear service and the modern one. It is important to change HR management on idea, system and mode. Solving the problem according to the reality will push the development of the rear service general company, find the proper HR management method and stimulate the potential, improving the service and education level of university rear service.
