随着对人力资源管理理论和实践应用的重视,职业生涯规划已成为广泛采用的人力资源管理方法。企业理应正视存在的意识缺失、管理缺失、激励点缺失、认可度缺失、科学方法缺失等问题,深刻分析存在问题的原因,强化意识和理论研究,强化管理和培训,强化专业队伍建设,强化科学有效的指导方法,促进员工职业生涯规划工作的科学、持续地发展。
With the more attention paid to the theory and practice of human recourses management, career planning has become a widely adopted HR management method. In order to promote the scientific and sustainable development of staff's career planning, enterprises should acknowledge their shortcomings in awareness, management, motivate system, approval degree of working, scientific method and etc. , and analyze the real reasons behind these problems, then take some countermeasures, such as enhancing their awareness and theory study, improving management and training, strengthening professional faculty construction and applying more scientific and effective management methods
