浅谈汉语诗词英译的几点看法

Views on the English Translation of Chinese Poetry

笔者从汉语诗词英译的角度,举例分析了在保留原诗的意义、意境及神韵、风格的基础上,就如何在翻译过程中灵活运用直译与意译等不同方法,达到诗所追求的音美、形美、意美,又尽可能的忠实于原诗的形式和内容,以取得神似和形似的美学效果。

From the angles of English translation of Chinese poetry, the author gives some examples to analyze the basis of keeping the original meaning, artistic conception, romantic charm and style of Chinese poetry, and how to use the different ways of literal and free translation flexibly, so as to reach the beautiful temperament, true meaning and good pattern, to be true to the ideological content and artistic form of the original as much as possible and to acquire the aesthetic result to be alike not only in appearance but also in spirit. On the above theory, I talk about my some views.
