摘要
通过对某钢厂CSP轧制区生产工艺特点的分析,得出带钢温度下降的主要因素为水冷,由此建立基于水冷的带钢温度模型,并利用现场数据回归得到了综合水冷系数。将带钢温度预测值与设定值进行比较,发现水冷带钢温度模型可满足带钢温度设定要求。
Having analyzed the characteristics of the CSP rolling process in a certain steel plant, this paper finds that the temperature decrease of the steel strip results mainly from the cooling water, and a water cooling-based model of the strip temperature is thus constructed. The comprehensive water cooling coefficient is determined by regression calculation of the field data. By comparing the predicted strip temperature with the set one, the model is found to meet the requirements of initialization for the strip temperature.
