摘要 以轧机所受冲击峰值扭矩载荷谱作为疲劳设计负荷,采用系统有限单元法,将滑块式万向联轴器作为一个系统整体进行分析,并对比其断口截面特征。结果表明,原滑块式万向联轴器扁头根部过渡圆弧处疲劳强度不足是扁头发生断裂的主要原因。对原结构进行改进设计,设计后其扁头根部过渡圆弧处最大主应力降低了12.94%,疲劳寿命增加了3.8倍,同时叉头仍保持了足够的疲劳强度。 The load spectrum of the impact peak torque on the rolling mill was used as the fatigue de- sign load, and the system finite element method was employed to analyze the sliding universal cou- pling system as a whole. The characteristics of the system fracture cross-section were compared. The results indicate that the flat head fracture results from the insufficient fatigue strength of the root of the original sliding universal jointflat head at the transition arc. After the structural optimization of the sliding universal joint spindle, the stress in the fillet arc area of the flat head has decreased by 12.94%, the fatigue life has increased 3.8 times, and the strength of the fork head is also satisfying.
