正常人上睑提肌功能的定量研究

Quantitative study on the function of musculus levator palpebrae superioris of normal people

目的 定量研究我国正常人上睑提肌功能。方法 采用丹麦Neuermatic 2 0 0 0型肌电图仪 ,对正常人 3 0 0例 ( 60 0只眼 )及 5 8例 ( 66只眼 )先天性上睑下垂患者进行了上睑提肌肌电图检查。结果 正常人重收缩时峰值电压 :右眼为 ( 0 .95± 0 .3 2 )mv ,左眼为 ( 0 .93± 0 .2 8)mv。右左眼及性别之间差异无显著意义 ( χ2 =6.72 ,p >0 .0 5 ) ;各年龄组间 ,2 1岁组与其前后年龄组间差异有显著意义 ( χ2 =8.2 6,χ2 =12 .83 ,p <0 .0 5 ) ;先天性上睑下垂患者峰值电压在 3 0mv以下者术后睑裂未达到预想高度 ,而峰值电压在 3 0mv以上者则术后效果满意。结论 2 1岁可能是上睑提肌肌力最强的时期。本工作为我国正常人上睑提肌功能的测定提供了正常参考值。

Objective To carry on a quantitative study on the function of musculus levator palpebrae superioris of normal people in China. Methods Electromyographic examinations of superior levator muscle had been done on 300 cases (600 eyes ) on normal people and 58 cases of congenital blepharoptosis by using Denmark Neuermatic 2 000 electromyographic.Results The spike voltage during the contraction of the muscle: the right eye was 0.95±0.32 mv while the left was 0.93±0.28 mv. There are no significant difference in laterality and sex (χ 2= 6.72p <0.05).The remarkable difference was between 21yearold group and other groups(χ 2=8.26,χ 2=12.83,p<0.05). For those congenital blepharoptosis patients whose spike voltage is below 0.3mv, their palpebral fissure did not reach the anticipated height after the operation. On the Contrary, the patients whose spike voltage is above 0.3mv, the operative result were satisfactory. Conclusion The resultindicates that 21 years old might be the strongest period of the function of musculus levator palpebrae superioris. This study provides the reference quantitative index for the measurement of the function of the superior levator muscle on normal people.
