摘要
目的 探讨能够克服以往腹壁成形术治疗腹壁多脂松垂症缺点的手术方法。方法 在肿胀麻醉下 ,采用浅表吸脂术对腹壁多脂松垂者 2 5例进行治疗。结果 经 3～ 9个月随访 ,术后腹围减小 3～18cm ,体重减轻 0 .5～ 7kg ,皮肤松垂明显改善。结论 浅表吸脂术对腹壁多脂并轻、中度松垂有明显效果 ,可以替代传统的腹壁成形术 ,手术简化 ,术后恢复快 ,效果满意。
Objective To overcome the insufficiency of treating abdominal dermochalasis by abdominoplasty. Methods At the aid of tumescent technique, abdominal dermochalasis was treated by superficial liposuction.Results The method was applied on 25 cases, After 3～9 months followup,it was found that abdominal length decreased 3～18cm、weigh lost 0.5～7 kg and relaxation of abdominal skin was improved obviously. Conclusion Superficial liposuction have apparently effect on light and medium ptosis of abdominal skin. It can replace the conventional abdominoplasty. The operation is simple with quick recover and a satisfied result.
