The Petrology and Geochemistry of ophiolites from Central Kunlun

The intermittent ophiolites may be regarded as important petrological criterias for recognition of suture zone in central Kunlun, which is the boundary of metamorphic terrane in southern Kunlun and block in Qaidam and central Altun. The petrology, petrochemistry, REE and trace elements of ophiolites, such as Buqingshan, Nuomuhong and Aqikekulehu, indicate that they belong to ophiolites and the ophiolite belt may be the suture zone.
