摘要
风电作为一种无污染,零排放的新能源发电,引起了世界各国的关注,然而风能固有的随机波动性,使得风电的预测面临极大的挑战,充分考虑了风电及负荷不确定性下,对预测的误差做出合理的惩罚,以输电线路有功负载的风险度作为衡量网络的安全指标,利用CVaR(Conditional Value-at-Risk)理论描绘网络所面临的风险,采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法,将风险函数离散化,构建了计及网络安全约束的含风电场电力系统风险限制调度模型。通过对IEEE14节点系统的算例进行了计算和分析,表明所提出方法的优点,得出的结论验证了所构建的调度模型具有合理性和实用性。
Wind power generation ( WPG), as a new energy generation without poUution and no emission, causes the world' s attention. However,inherent stochastic volatility of wind energy, which leads to WPG prediction face great chal- lenge. This paper takes uncertainty of wind power and load side into account, makes reasonable punishment on the error of prediction. Risk degree of the line active load is considered to be a measurement of security index. Describes risk of power grid with CVaR theory, Discretization of the risk function by Monte Carlo simulation. A risk constrained dispatch model is constructed on conditional of considering network security limit. Showing the advantage of this method in this paper by calculating and analysising a IEEE14 node illustrative system, the last conclusion demonstrates that the model proposed is reasonable and practicable.
