摘要
快速波长锁定机制的引入能够有效地补偿单片集成DBR(分布式布拉格反射)型可调谐半导体激光器动态波长切换过程中的热致波长抖动,提升其动态性能。文章对单片集成DBR型可调谐半导体激光器的各种波长锁定方法的特点、性能进行了比较,概括介绍了该领域的最新研究进展,并对相关发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
The introduction of rapid wavelength locking mechanism can effectively compensate thermally-induced wavelength jittering in the process of the dynamic wavelength switching of the monolithic DBR tunable semiconductor laser and enhance its dynamic performance.This paper compares the features and performances of various wavelength locking approaches for such lasers,summarizes the latest research advances in this field and analyzes and looks forward to the relevant trend of development.
