摘要
文章介绍了林木种子介电分选的试验设备和试验设计方法 ,提出了林木种子介电分选效果的评价标准 .通过对油松 (Pinustabulaeformis)、刺槐 (Robiniapseudoacacia)和胡枝子 (Lespedezabicolor)等 3种林木种子的试验 ,得到了以分选电压和分选滚筒转速为变量的回归方程 ,并确定了最优化的电场分选参数组合 .试验表明 ,油松的最佳分选电压为 15 2kV ,分选滚筒转速为 2 2 2r·min-1;刺槐的最佳分选电压为 14 8kV ,分选滚筒转速为 2 9 3r·min-1;胡枝子的最佳分选电压为 13 5kV ,分选滚筒转速为 3 5 7r·min-1.
The experiment equipment and experiment design method for wood seed is introduced in this article while the appraisement standard for wood seed dielectric separation effect is put forward.Through the experiment with Pinus tabulaeformis,Robinia pseudoacacia and Lespedeza bicolor, the regression equation with varies of separation voltage and roller rotate speed is proposed and the most optimized electrical separation parameter arrangement is affirmed.It is demonstrated that most optimized parameters for Pinus tabulaeformis is 15.2?kV in separation voltage and 22.2?r·min -1 in roller rotate speed,for Robinia pseudoacacia is 14.8?kV in separation voltage and 29.3?r·min -1 in roller rotate speed,for Lespedeza bicolor is 13.5?kV in separation voltage and 35.7?r·min -1 in roller rotate speed.
