警惕农村劳动力转移进程中引发的中国式“荷兰病”

Precaution of Chinese Dutch Disease During the Rural Labor Transfer Process

农村劳动力转移是促进农民增收的有效途径,但城乡居民收入差距日益拉大,将继续扩大我国农村劳动力向劳动力密集型产业转移,从而引发中国式"荷兰病"。介绍了中国式"荷兰病"的概念,对从资源转移效应和支出效应引发的中国式"荷兰病"进行了实证分析,提出了缓解中国式"荷兰病"发生的对策。

Rural labor transfer is an effective path to increase farmer＇s income,but it may cause Chinese Dutch Disease in China because of growing income gap between urban and rural residents during the process of rural labor transfer.The authors introduce the conception of Chinese Dutch Disease,analyze the probability of Chinese Ducth Disease caused by resource transferring and expenditure effects and propose the countermeasures to relieve occurrence of Chinese Dutch Disease.
