摘要
从品种鉴定、分类、种质分析与收集、物种起源和进化、濒危植物检测 5个方面就RAPD技术在植物遗传多样性研究中的应用进行了综合评述 。
The application of RAPD in plant genetic diversity, including cultivar identification, classification,germplasm analysis, the origin and evolution of species as well as the identification of endangered plant were summarized. The shortcomings of RAPD and its improving pathways were also discussed.
