对苹果柱头Ca2 + 分泌和膜结合态Ca2 + 分布的分析表明 ,与小花蕾期相比 ,大花蕾期柱头Ca2 + 分泌率较高 ,膜结合态Ca2 + 较多 ;与不授粉相比 ,授粉明显增强了柱头表面CTC -Ca2 +
The stigmas Ca 2+ secretion and membrane-associated Ca 2+ distribution in apple were measured. The results showed that there were higher Ca 2+ secretion rate and more membrane-associated Ca 2+ in stigmas from big-flower than that from small-flower, and compared with non pollination, the pollination increased significantly the chlorotracycline-Ca 2+ fluorescence intensity.
