摘要
目前,A356.2铝合金主流的生产工艺有人工搅拌+链式铸造和电磁搅拌+热顶铸造两种方式,通过对上述产品的取样,对比分析了化学成分、组织结构和物理性能等,得出电磁搅拌+热顶铸造工艺生产的产品质量在各个方面均优于人工搅拌+链式铸造生产工艺产品质量,是生产高质量A356.2铝合金产品的发展方向。
Production processes which are hand agitation + chain casting and electromagnetic stirring + hot heading casting are used for producing A356. 2 aluminum alloy. This article analyzes above products samples chemical composition, structural feature and physical characteristic, reaches that the electromagnetic stirring + hot heading casting process is superior to hand agitation + chain casting process. The author suggest that electromagnetic stirring + hot heading casting process would be used to improve quality of A356.2 aluminum alloy product.
