基于绿色供应链的石化企业供应商评价体系研究

The Appraisal System to Suppliers for Petrochemical Enterprises Based on the Green Supply Chain

石化产业作为我国重要产业部门,对经济发展与环境保护具有重要影响。石化企业在过去的绿色供货商评价程序中,往往面临评价指标的定性与定量差异、评价尺度不一等问题,难以做出准确评价。石化企业应建立一套科学严谨的绿色供应链评价框架,构建一个绿色供应商采购的绩效评价体系,通过各项指标的数据搜集,计算各供应商的得分排序,清楚了解供应商的绩效水准,排除人为的主观影响,从而达到公正、迅速与准确的评价要求。

Petrochemical industry is a key in clustrial sector in China, which has a great impact on economic development and environmental protection. In the previous green apprsisal procedures for suppliers, it is often difficult for petrochemical enterprises to give exact evaluation with problems in terms of the quatative and quantitative distinctions of evaluation index and the inconsistent evaluation criteria. Petrochemical enterprises need to set up a scientific appraisal framework for the green supply chain, build up a procurement performance appraisal system for green suppliers, so as meet the demand of an impartial, rapid and precise assessment by collecting data indicating various items, calculating the suppliers＇ score order, making clear the suppliers＇ performancelevel, and eliminating subjective influ-ences.
