摘要
人才是企业最有活力的因子,雇主品牌建设有助于找到符合企业核心价值观的人才。雇佣符合企业文化建设需要的员工,是实施忠诚度管理的首要环节。"品牌内化"是雇主品牌建设的关键,必须实施以忠诚度为基础的团队管理;打造好员工忠诚度系统价值链;认真分析影响员工忠诚度的因素;加强雇主品牌管理和维护。从而更好地培养员工的忠诚度,更好地调动人才的工作积极性,更好地服务于顾客,使企业利润上升。
Personnel are the most vibrant part in enterprises. Employer brand construction helps find the one who shares the same core value with the enterprise. To hire staffs that meet the demand of enterprise culture is the first step in the loyalty management process. Brand internalization is the key to the employer brand construction: carrying out team management based on loyalty, building value chain system for employee loyalty, analyzing the affecting factors, and enhancing employer brand management and maintenance, which could help foster employee loyalty and motivate staff iniltiative for a better service and profit.
