高校教师的作用和效能决定着人才培养、科研成果水平和社会服务的层次与范围。了解高校教师的工作满意度及其影响因素,对调动教师的工作积极性,提高高校办学水平和教学质量有重要意义。对于一个处在具体时空的组织而言,员工工作满意度依赖于个人因素、职业因素和组织因素的作用,要了解其员工的工作满意度,必须要坚持理论研究与实际相结合,不断纳入新的变量,认真分析实际情况,提出科学合理的解决办法与激励策略。
