大庆市二手房交易市场在不断发展的进程中,始终存在着房地产经纪机构规模小、能力差、经营行为不规范、人员素质偏低、行业诚信经营状况令人堪忧等不容忽视的问题。究其原因,主要是政府政策指引不足、行业行政管理不完善、金融机构支持力度小、行业协会监督不到位等。大庆市应当从当地实际情况出发,增强政府和金融机构对二手房市场的支撑力度,加强对房地产经纪机构的建设及监管,加强房地产经纪机构与客户之间的沟通,从而推动大庆市二手房市场的健康发展。

In the developing process,second-hand house tradingmarket in Daqing has been worried by serious problems in real estate agents in terms of small scale,lowcompetence,irregular operations,less qualified staff,worsened credibility in the sector.The main cause of these problems includes inadequate governmental guidance,imperfect administrative management to the industry,small supporting force from financial institutions,and the insufficient associative supervision inside the industry.Considering Daqing＇s local situation,the government and financial institutions should enhance their support to the second-hand house market,the government should reinforce the development of and the supervision over real estate agents,and the real estate agents should intensify the communication with customers,thus,to accelerate the healthy development of second-hand house market.
