从房地产价格对通货膨胀的牵引机制谈房地产市场的理性调控 被引量:2

摘要 从房地产价格上涨的效应分析显示,房地产价格与通货膨胀之间存在正向相关关系,房地产价格的上涨会形成通货膨胀压力,影响民生和社会稳定。国家应毫不动摇地实行房地产调控政策,积极采取措施遏制房价过快上涨,抑制投资投机性购房;重视利用房价波动对通货膨胀的有效指导作用;改革现有政绩评价机制,抑制地方政府的土地财政冲动;规范资本市场,引导房产需求向消费倾斜,以确保房价的理性回归。
