少数民族地区医疗卫生资源配置的分析——以新疆阿勒泰地区为例

Medical Resource Allocation in Minority Nationality Regions:A Case Study in Altay,Xinjiang

目前,新疆阿勒泰地区卫生资源配置不合理,基层卫生事业发展滞后,民族医药发展不足,不能满足老百姓多层次的医疗需求。为促进民族地区卫生资源的优化配置,应进一步增加财政对医疗卫生领域的投入,不断完善公共卫生体系,提高民族地区卫生人员的技术水平及公共卫生保障水平,大力推动对口支援工作,以促进少数民族地区医疗卫生行业的发展。

Currently,medical resource allocation in Altay region,Xinjiang,is unreasonable with lagging development of health service at local levels,inadequate evolution of national medicine,which could not meet the ordinary people＇s multilevel medical requirements.To optimize medical resources in minority regions,the government should put more public finance investment into medical treatment and public health,constantly perfect the public health system,improve the technical level of medical staff and safeguard standard of public health in minority regions,vigorously push forward partner assistance,and consequently,accelerate the development of medical treatment and public health in minority regions.
