摘要
研究美国高等教育的管理模式。以蒙特克莱尔州立大学的管理机制为例,探讨该大学共同治理、分权制衡、管理充分民主化、突出学术主体地位的管理特色。美国大学在管理过程中也存在诸多问题,但其分权式管理模式便于权力间的互相监督和互相制约。为我国大学的管理改革提供有效参考。
The article offers effective reference for the management reform of universities in our country.With the management mechanism of Montclair State University,the article expounds on the management characteristics of common governance,check and balance,democratic management,and academic dominance.Although there are also some problems with the management of the University,its separation of management is conducive to mutual supervision and restriction of powers.The research is referential for the reform of universities in our country.
