摘要
研究在社会主义文化建设中如何充分发挥高校工会的组织作用。以满足职工文化诉求、职工文化权益、职工文化活动需要为出发点和落脚点,大力推进社会主义核心价值体系建设,维护广大教职工精神文化权利,加强先进校园文化职工文化建设,开展形式多样的文化活动。高校工会为推动社会主义文化发展做出积极贡献。
The article makes a thorough research on the organization function of trade unions of universities in the construction of socialism culture.Starting with staff＇s cultural pursuit,cultural right and interest,and cultural activities,the article suggests pushing forward the construction of the core value system of socialism,maintaining the staff＇s spiritual culture,reinforcing campus cultural construction,and carrying out a variety of cultural activities.Labor unions shall make the significant contribution to the development of socialism culture.
