Inhibition of Oldenlandia diffusa extracts on proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells

目的:观察白花蛇舌草提取物对MDA-MB-231细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用CCK-8试剂盒检测白花蛇舌草提取物对MDA-MB-231细胞的抑制作用,HE染色观察细胞形态的变化。结果:白花蛇舌草提取物可抑制MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖,且呈时间-剂量依赖关系;HE染色可见核深染,染色质边集等凋亡形态改变。结论:白花蛇舌草提取物可抑制MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖,其机制可能与诱导凋亡有关。

Objective： To observe the inhibition of extracts of Oldenlandia Diffusa on proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cell. Methods： The inhibition of extracts of Oldenlandia diffusa on proliferation of MDA-MB-231 ceils were detected by Cell Counting Kit-8, morphologic changes was detected by HE staining. Results： The extracts of Oldenlandia diffusa can inhibit the growth of MDA-MB-231 cell in a time and dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： The extracts of Oldenlandia diffusa can inhibit the growth of MDA-MB-231 cell. The mechanism may be associated with apoptosis.
