摘要
介绍了火力发电厂Ovation DCS系统及其网络结构特点。结合GPS时钟对时方式,分析了Ovation系统接入GPS时钟运用NTP协议的互联网时间同步的原理,采用GPS接入网络时间服务器,再由时间服务器通过NTP服务,实现整个DCS系统时间同步的方案。以GPS时钟在四川广安发电有限责任公司DCS系统中的应用为例,详细介绍了此方案的具体实施过程,经验证,此方案能满足DCS系统对时间的精准性和一致性要求。
Ovation DCS system for power plant and its network structure feature is introduced.Combining with GPS time synchronization mode,principle of synchronization between internet time under NTP agreement and GPS time clock inserted from Ovation system has been analyzed.By using GPS access network time server,through NTP service by network time server,program of synchronization to whole DCS system time is realized.Take case of utilization of GPS time clock in Sichuan Guangan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.in DCS system,detailed practice procedure has been introduced on this program.With verification,this program can satisfy requirements of time correction and consistency by DCS system.
