摘要
神华准能发电厂采用湿式石灰法脱硫工艺,进行脱硫除尘改造后,为能准确检测锅炉排放烟气中的污染物,通过分析比较,选择YDZX-01型紫外差分吸收光谱直接测量法CEMS对烟气进行监测。使用过程中,在锅炉烟气带水、含尘较大、温度偏低等恶劣工况下,出现探头外表及角反射镜结露、粘灰等问题,针对存在的问题进行了有针对性的技术改进,如加装吹扫空气电加热器和空气滤清器等,进一步提高了紫外差分吸收光谱直接测量法CEMS在湿法脱硫系统中应用的可靠性,对其他类型CEMS的运行管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Wet lime desulfurization process is used in Shenhua Zhunneng Power Generation Plant.After desulfurization dust transformation,in order to detect contamination infectant precisely in boiler flue gas,through analysis and comparison,YDZX-01 differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS) direct measure technology as continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS) is selected to make monitoring in flue gas.During monitoring,at bad working conditions of high water content in flue gas,high dust concentration and low temperature,dew and stick ash takes place outside detector probe and surface of corner cube mirror,targeted technical improvement has been carried out to that issues mentioned above,such as,installing electrical air heater for dust sweeping and air filter.Reliability of differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS) direct measure technology has been reinforced,and it has some reference for management to other types continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS).
