摘要
结合万家寨水电站5号机组A级检修定子铁损试验的现场情况,对定子铁损试验的现场实施、试验数据和结果以及现场试验条件与漏磁对该项试验的影响等进行了详细分析。定子铁损试验结果,检验了对5号发电机定子铁心溢出情况处理后的效果,经过处理的部分,温度、温升不明显,说明经过处理的矽钢片片间绝缘未损坏。针对万家寨水电站定子铁损试验的情况,对该项试验在现场实施过程中的试验电源选择、试验接线方法、温度测量、计算分析等方面提出建议。
Combining practical situation of Class A motor stator iron loss test to No.5 Unit,Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station,detailed analysis has been implemented on site testing data and testing results as well as site testing conditions of motor stator iron loss test,and influence to test by magnetic leakage.In accordance with results of motor stator iron loss test,effect after revamp to gushy stator core of No.5 Generator has been inspected.From part after treatment,temperature and exotherm are not visible,indicating that insulation between plates of treated silicon steel sheet is not damaged.In connection with situation of motor stator iron loss in Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station,suggestions and recommendations are put forward on selection of testing power source,right testing connection way,temperature measuring,and calculating analysis.
