摘要
内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司4台330 MW燃煤发电机组采用ZGM-113K型中速磨煤机,对磨煤机磨辊进行定期堆焊后可以重复使用。该公司磨煤机磨辊原堆焊周期为1~2 a,在堆焊周期内存在磨辊磨损量超标等问题。通过建立数据分析模型,观察磨煤机单耗增加的规律,发现磨煤机连续运行5110 h后单耗急剧增加,经过分析论证,认为磨煤机在连续运行5110 h后进行堆焊,经济性较好。
GM-113K MPS Pulverizer is adopted for four 330 MW coal fired power generation units in Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Electric Power Co.,Ltd..Through periodical resurfacing welding to roller of MPS pulverizer,it can be reused repeatedly.Period circle of resurfacing welding for this company is 1~2 years,and wear extent of grinder roll is overproof in period circle of resurfacing welding.With establishment of model for data analysis,and observation on increased mill consumption regularity,consumption will be significantly increased after 5110 hours continuous mill operation.Analysis shows that resurfacing welding will be processed after 5110 hours continuous mill operation,and better economic efficiency can be realized.
