摘要
著作权保护的对象就是著作权的客体,不仅包括作品的表达,还包括作品的思想。著作权保护的实质目的是保护作者的智力成果,思想是智力成果的直接体现,而表达则是思想的体现,但是也不能不加选择地对思想和表达进行保护。
The object of copyright protection is the object of copyright. The object of copyright protection includes the expression of works and the thought of works. The essential aim of copyright protection is to protect the intel- lectual property. The thought is the direct embodiment of intellectual property. The expression is the reflecting of the thought. However, the protection on thought and expression is limited.
