摘要
高校管理职员在高校中为教学、科研和广大师生提供服务方面具有重要作用。近年来,高校日益重视管理职员培训工作,也采取了相应措施,以期提高其素质和工作效率,但是培训工作也存在一些问题。本文在分析问题的基础上,提出了作为组织可加强五个方面的工作,以期通过培训实现人力资源配置的最优化。
The administrative staffplays an important role in terms of services for teaching, research, all faculty and students. Therefore during these years universities have emphasized more on administrative staff training with vari- ous plans to improve their competency and efficiency. Anyway problems still remain in training practice. Thus based on analysis of these problems, this paper proposes five issues which should be stressed, through which the u- niversity could execute to achieve the optimization of human resources.
