水杨酸浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

The impact of soaking seeds with salicylic acid on thegermination of corn seeds and the seedling growth

采用不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)浸泡玉米,通过测量种子发芽率、发芽势及幼苗的一些形态指标和生理指标,研究SA对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:SA浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗的生长具有显著影响,大致呈低促高抑现象.

In order to study the impact of salicylic acid on the germination of corn seeds and the seedling growth, the study measured germination rate of seeds, the potential of buds and some of seedling morphological indexes and physiological indexes after soaking seeds with different density of SA. The results showed that there are significant influence of SA on corn seed germination and seedling growth, and generally low concentrations have stimulative effect, high concentrations have inhibition.
