摘要
高新技术企业的特点决定了其对理工科专业+外语复合人才的需要,调查结果证实了这一需求。"专业+外语"模式是在专业学习中强化外语的人才培养模式。进行理工类专业英语教学计划改革,建立一个有效的理工科大学生英语后续教学模式,是对理工类专业在英语方面课程改革的一次重要尝试。
Characteristics of high-tech enterprises determine its requirements for the compound talents in science and engineer with high level of foreign langua,ge, which has been proved by the research. This model of compound talents works foreign language learning into science and engineer majors＇ study. The reform of English teaching in science and engineering and the establishment of effective follow-up teaching method is an important attempt on English curriculum reform science and engineering.
