基础教育新课程对师资素质提出的高要求表明教师职前培养是极重要的基础和关键阶段。微格教学对训练和强化"准教师"综合素质,提高"实战"能力及增强入职信心有不可替代之效。
The high requirement of teachers＇ quality put forward by the new curriculum of basic education shows that pre-service teacher education is an important stage. Microteaching has an irreplaceable effect in training and strengthening quasi-teachers＇ comprehensive quality, improving their practical teaching ability and increasing their confidences of accessing to vocation.
