本文论述了新形势下高校档案管理工作中兼职档案员队伍应具备的自身素质、存在的问题、社会地位以及在学校建设中所起到的作用,并就如何调动兼职档案员队伍工作的积极性提出了一些建议。

This paper discusses part-time archivists＇necessary qualities, existing problems, social position and their role in school construction in university archives management under new situation, and then proposes some suggestions on how to arouse the enthusiasm of the part-time archivists＇ team.
