摘要 焦化废水是在炼焦的熄焦、煤气净化及焦化产品精制等工段产生的高浓度有机工业废水,处理难度较大。目前,国内焦化废水处理工艺有:预处理、二级处理和部分深度处理。研究了焦化废水的组成、特点、危害,重点分析了焦化废水处理方法中存在的主要问题。提出焦化废水处理的较优方案,展望了先进焦化生产工艺、处理方法及它们相结合的发展趋势,指出干法熄焦将是减少污染物排放、提高资源利用率的有效途径。 The coking wastewater was produced in about 1000 ℃ temperature conditions, by coal gas purification and coking products such as refining process . The coking wastewater composition was complicated, the properties was complex, and it is difficult to deal with. At present, the coking wastewater treatment processes were: the pretreatment, the second level treatment and the deep treatment. This paper mainly introduced the composition, characteristics and harm of the coking wastewater. It pointed out the advanced coking production process, advanced coking wastewater treatment methods. The drying processing would be the way that reducing emissions, high resource utilization.
