为提高学院校务管理信息化建设水平,加快校务管理现代化的进程,通过对学院信息化建设与应用现状分析,阐述了目前学院在信息化建设方面所面临的问题,实现了一种基于Web的校务管理信息化平台。与传统的校务网站相比,该方案综合资源平台,结合学校、教师、学生、家长等受众群体。重点研究了校务信息化建设与实施模式、方案的总体结构、系统架构;系统的核心模块的设计与应用程序的实现。应用结果表明,该方案可有效的实现校务资源共享的网络化,系统实施之后,校务管理资源共享效率得到了明显的提高。

In order to improve the level of the college information technology, to speed up the process bf the modernization of college information system, the paper explains the problems of current information technology. The in formation platform scheme by Web is designed through the investigation. Compared with the traditional school websites, it can integrat with the resource platform, schools, teachers, students, parents and other audience. The portal content management platforms, system scheme architecture, core module of the system design and application implementation are researched. Application results show that the scheme can effect network sharing of school resources. After the implementation of the system, the efficiency of urban and rural quality school resources has been greatly improved.
