论高校法学教育的定位与特色发展

On Positioning and Characteristic Development of Legal Education in Universities

在就业压力之下,高校法学教育的人才培养受到前所未有的质疑。但法律专门人才的素质要求是全方位的,单纯依靠高校法学教育难以完成对法律人才的培养任务。我们必须建立一体化的法律人才培养体系,并在这一体系里寻找高校法学教育的准确定位。本科法学教育应以法学理论教育为主,并注意与法律硕士的职业教育以及司法考试相衔接。在准确定位的基础上,高校法学教育应该探索地域特色、学科特色和民族特色,走特色发展之路。

Under the pressure of employment,the personnel training of legal education in universities is facing an unprecedented challenge.But the quality requirement of legal personnel is very comprehensive,and can not be fulfilled only through university legal education.We must establish a legal personnel training system,in which we can find the exact location of legal education in universities.The undergraduate legal education should be based on legal theory,and pay attention to join the vocational education of the master of laws and the judicial examination.On the basis of the accurate positioning,the legal education in universities should explore characteristic development of the region,subject and the nationalities.
