旅游产业竞争的关键在于旅游人才的竞争。然而,面对旅游产业的快速发展,我国综合性大学旅游教育萎缩成为当前旅游产业快速发展时期的突出矛盾。在对相关文献及综合性大学旅游学科发展历程进行梳理的基础上,提出旅游管理人才培养的创新模式。该模式强调了理论教育与实践教育的统一、校内培养与校外培养的结合,有利于"理论型+应用型+复合型"的旅游管理人才的培养。
