以满足人民群众对于公共服务范畴中的职业培训需求为目的,通过阐述构建社会化职业培训体系的重要性和必要性,分析了非政府组织在构建社会化职业培训体系中的作用,提出了以非政府组织为基本路径、加快构建社会化职业培训体系的建议。

This paper aims to meet people＇s vocational training needs in public service areas.The paper first describes the importance and necessity of vocational training system building.Then it analyzes the importance of non-governmental organizations,which plays a vital role in building community-based vocational training system.In the end,the paper gives advanced suggestions,such as putting forward the non-governmental organizations as basic path and acceleratingthe construction of the socialization of vocational training system.
