高校二级教学管理问题探讨

Exploration of the Problem of Two-level Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities

高等院校的教学管理直接影响着高校的教学质量。随着招生规模的不断扩大,很多高校采取了校、院二级教学管理模式,取得了显著的成效。但是,在推进二级教学管理改革的过程中也存在着一些问题,应从管理机制、管理理念、管理方法和管理人员水平等方面构建规范化、科学化的二级教学管理模式。

Teaching administration can affect quality of teaching in colleges and universities directly.With the increasing recruit student scale,a lot of colleges and universities used the ways of two-level teaching management between college and its departments.Remarkable results have been achieved.But in the process of reform of two-level teaching management,there are many problems.We must construct a standardized and scientific two-level teaching management mode from several aspects of the management system,management concepts,management methods and management levels of administrators.
